EVERYWHERE - We all know who they are, the Spot Kreepers. The first thing they ask you is "where did you catch it?" Its not good enough to give them a general location, they want the exact GPS Point. And why do they want that specific location? Because they want to fish that particular spot right now! Without you. If you make the mistake of giving up this prized information do not surprised the next time you go to that spot, you see them already fishing there. Its a tough choice to make. What information can you afford to give out to a friend, or a stranger when it comes to giving away your spots. Here are a few quick tips on how to deal with the uncomfortable moment that you are asked to share your spots.

  1. Lie. Plain and simple. Just make something up.
  2. Keep it general and fudge the time and tide information
  3. Just say NO SPOT STEALING
  4. Hide your backgrounds in photos and videos.
  5. Play ignorant and just confuse all the details.
