 Tarpon Fishing is year round thing in Fort Lauderdale Florida. From fishing the fall mullet run to fishing for huge resident Tarpon in Ft Lauderdale's inshore waterways that are world famous. World class Tarpon can be caught from land or the beach especially when the mullet run migration period is going on. The best bait to use to catch Tarpon are live mullet.

Fort Lauderdale - The bait is here folks, just that we have been too blowed out to fish the run fromthe beach or from boat. It didn't stop us though we got out there and got skunked. We jumped a few tarpon at the Jetty and Brian did manage to pull a decent Snook out of the inside cove of the inlet.
